CHILD/ACCOMPANY POLICY

Lucent Crystal Beauty is dedicated to giving our clients an exceptional experience when receiving a service. In order to provide the very best service to our clientele, no children under the age of 14 may accompany a client to the salon unless a service is being performed on the child themselves at the same time. If anyone under the age of 14 accompanies a client to their appointment, the client will be required to reschedule their appointment. Only one person accompanying a client is allowed and if more than one person is desired it must be approved before appointment.
 

NO-SHOW POLICY

Lucent Crystal Beauty does not re-book clients who no-show or no-call a stylist. 50% of your Service will be charge to the card on file.  Under special circumstances, we will re-book the appointment if the client pays 50% of the missed appointment and prepays 50% of the total cost of the service being scheduled. Please Note, clients late to their appointment by more than 15 minutes are considered a no-show.  

Group bookings of four or more people 15 mins late or more will be charged 50% of each service not completed due to lack of time. The service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking. Weddings/Event groups refer to our agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lucent Crystal Beauty understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hrs or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Appointments made within 24hrs may be canceled or modified at least 4hrs prior to the appointment time to avoid charge. Glam members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Please inquire at our location on how to become a Glam member.

Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72hrs (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking. Weddings/Event groups refer to our agreement.


PRODUCT POLICY

For all product purchases, Lucent Crystal Beauty will only accept returned product within 15 days of purchase, and refunds will be in the form of credit towards future product purchases.

EXTENSIONS/ ALTERNATIVE HAIR POLICY

 Every product line we carry has its own guarantee, warranty or return policy Please refer to signed agreement you received upon purchasing or you can request a copy of your signed agreement by emailing contactcrystal@lucentcrystalbeauty.com

SATISFACTION POLICY

We pride ourselves on giving our clientele the very best service and experience. However, if you are not pleased with a service provided, there is a seven day window from the date of service to make Lucent Crystal Beauty aware of the situation. Redos and Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis if we are made aware within the seven days. If notice is given beyond the seventh day from the time of service, a redo request will be considered a new service, and must be paid for in full. Refunds may be considered after we have had the opportunity to redo your service.
